Gary L. Reprogle, age 70, of Lakeview, Ohio passed away Friday morning December 14, 2018, at St. Rita’s Care Center in Lima Ohio. He was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio July 26, 1948, to the late Gail and Theodosia (Vickery) Reprogle. Gary married Rebecca Ann Krohn June 8, 1974, and she preceded him in death October 13, 2014.

Gary was also preceded in death by a son, Jacob D. Reprogle; a grandson, Hunter Wright; brothers, Charles, Robert, and Danny Lee Reprogle and a sister-in-law, Connie Reprogle. Gary worked twenty five years at the Lima Ford Plant in assembly before retiring in 1998. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, mushroom hunting, and swing dancing.

Gary is survived by five children, Lynn A. (Bill) Miller of Columbus Grove, Ohio, Gary L. (Stacie) Reprogle of Sidney, Ohio, Stephanie A. Hutton of Pandora, Ohio, Jamie R. Sturgill of Columbus Grove, and Joshua Reprogle of Ottawa, Ohio; nine grandchildren, Cody, Kennedy, MaKayla, Madison, Harley, Levi, Kenzie, Khourtnie, and Carter; a sister, Rosemary (Bill) Wight of Springfield, Ohio and a brother, Donald Reprogle of Bellefontaine. There will be no public services. The family will have a private family graveside service at a later date.

The arrangements are being handled by the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.
