Born in Gaston County, NC, to the late Porter Ramsey and Jeanette Stone Ramsey. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, George Thomas Ruppe and a son, Jerry Ruppe.

Gaynelle was a dedicated member of Christian Freedom Baptist Church and formerly Macedonia Baptist Church and loved every aspect of church life. She enjoyed cooking and was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. SURVIVORS: Son: Tony Ruppe and wife Teresa, Kings Mountain, NC Grandchildren: Kevin Green and wife Amy, Kings Mountain, NC, Stephanie Ormond and husband Bobby, Mooresville, NC, Heather Ruppe, Kings Mountain, NC, Dustin “Dusty” Ruppe, Kings Mountain, NC Great-grandchildren: 8 FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, July 16, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Christian Freedom Baptist Church VISITATION: Sunday, July 15, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, NC.
