Born in Cleveland County, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Hal McGinnis. Sandra was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

She was a member of the church choir and enjoyed singing and dancing. Sandra also enjoyed macrame and other crafts. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
