She was born in Cleveland County, to the late Hayes Pate Hayes and Betty Faye Bennett Hayes. Lisa loved animals and supported many animal charities.

She was an avid shopper, a loving wife, mother and gram. She was co-owner of Hayes Electric Supply Inc. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Cleveland Regional Medical Center, Cleveland Pines Nursing Center and Testa Family Hospice House for the wonderful care and compassion shown to Lisa.
