OBITUARY George Arthur Kimball Jr. December 2, 1931 – November 2, 2018 George A. Kimball, Jr., age 86, of North Dartmouth, passed away Friday, November 2, 2018. Born in Hillside, New Jersey, he was the son of the late George A. Sr., and Lauretta R. (Driscoll) Kimball. George was a graduate of Coyle & Cassidy High School, Class of 1949 and Roger Williams University, Class of 1975, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree.

He also served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Kimball was a state trooper for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 25 years, retiring in 1979 as a Major. After his retirement, George worked at Eastern Utilities as a Re and Security Manager for many years.

He enjoyed golfing and was a long time member of Touisett Country Club. He is survived by: two daughters, Margaret Campbell and Shelly Kimball, both of North Dartmouth; four grandchildren, Patricia Campbell, Kyle Campbell, Ryan Chlebek and Randy Chlebek and three great grandchildren, Adelynn Campbell, Cole Campbell and Felix Chavez. He was predeceased by two daughters, Sharon and Patricia Kimball; former wife, Janice Delzenero and brother, James W. Kimball.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest, 189 Gardners Neck Rd. , Swansea. Burial with military honors will follow in Mt.

Hope Cemetery, Swansea.
