Obituary for George “Buddy” Vance Wright George “Buddy” Wright, age 64, of 515 Browning Ave passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Laurens County Hospice House. Buddy was born in Joanna and was a son of the late Carter and Ruby Franklin Wright. Mr. Wright was a former employee of Michelin Tire in Lexington; Asten-Johnson and later a CDL Long Haul Trucker.

He is survived by his sons, Joshua Wright and Austin Wright (Olivia) both of Joanna; three daughters, Stephanie Ross (Adam) of Joanna, Charmaine Moore (John) of Inman and Lauren Wright of Joanna; a brother, Steve Wright of Clinton; and nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Pinelawn Mausoleum Chapel at 5 PM. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4 to 5 PM.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Laurens County P.O. Box 178, Clinton, SC 29325.
