George Morin, age 76, of Bellevue, passed away Sunday afternoon, July 22, 2018, at Bellevue Care Center, surrounded by his family. George was born in New Braunfels, TX, to Desidoro and Rosa (Jemenez) Morin on February 22, 1942. He was happily married for 50 wonderful years to Rosalinda (Segura) Morin.

He worked as a Bar-line Operator at New Departure Hyatt for 25 years, and was a long time member of Wayside Temple in Castalia, Ohio. George enjoyed fishing, camping, and building with his hands. However, nothing gave him more joy than spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Rosalinda (Segura) Morin, daughter Vickie (Ken) Williams, Vermilion; two sons Kenneth (Valerie) Morin, Bellevue, and Jamie (Amanda) Morin, Bellevue; son-in-law David Meek; grandchildren Tyler (Hannah)Meek, Jazmin Meek, Madison Williams, Conner Meek, Tiffany Williams, Hunter Morin, Jocelyn Morin, Riley Meek, and Maggie Morin; and one great grandchild, Keeli-Jo Momenee George was preceded in death by his parents, Desidoro and Rosa Morin, daughter: Bobbijo Meek; and grandson: Austyn Morin. Friends may call from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St, Castalia, and from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM, Thursday, July 26, 2018, at Wayside Temple, 3809 Maple Ave. , Castalia.

Pastor Rusty Yost will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde. Memorials may be made to Wayside Temple Church, 3809 Maple Ave, Castalia OH 44824.
