Loving Grandfather of Alexandra, Zoe, Angelo, and Cosmo. Dear brother of Pauline. Beloved uncle of Aspasia, Paul, Matthew, Nicholas, Zander, Madolyn, Adrianna and Frederick.

Owner of St. George Restaurant and The Inn On The Avenue, George will be remembered for his contribution to the restaurant industry serving the Greater Philadelphia area, as well as his love for The Philadelphia Little Flyers youth hockey organization. There will be a viewing from 10am to 12noon Monday, January 28, 2019, at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Service 12 noon at the funeral home.

Interment private. Those attending the services are kindly asked to wear their favorite Philadelphia sports gear to honor George’s lifelong passion of Philadelphia sports. In lieu of flowers, family request that donations be made in George’s memory to Philadelphia Little Flyers Junior Program, 827 Hunters Dr, Deptford NJ, 08096.
