Georgianna J. Eckert, 71 Campbell…A Divine Liturgy will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church, with Rev. Kevin Marks officiating, for Georgianna J. Eckert, 71, who passed away Tuesday evening with her family by her side. Georgianna was born September 7, 1946, in Youngstown the daughter of George A. and Mary D. Yanno Busonik.

She was a 1964 graduate of Struthers High School. Georgianna currently served as a Deputy Clerk for 18 years in the Campbell Municipal Court. She was a member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church.

Georgianna enjoyed going to different casinos, loved to bowl and participated in many card clubs. Above all, she cherished spending time and keeping busy with her family, many friends, and her job. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister and will be deeply missed by all those that knew her.

Georgianna leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Ernest Eckert; whom she married August 25, 1973; her two sons, Austin (Geri) McClellan and John McClellan of Campbell; her grandchildren, Sarah (Nick) Helmick, Rory McClellan, Daniel McClellan and Abrianna McClellan; her sister, Marie (Ronald) Harris of Campbell; and several aunts; uncles; and cousins. Besides her parents; she was preceded in death by her brother, George R. Busonik. The Eckert family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church, prior to the 10:30 a.m. Divine Liturgy.
