Gerald “Jer” Anthony Herlofsky, of Fridley, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018 at his home. He was 76 years old. Jer was preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Barbara; parents, Anthony and Gertrude.

He is survived by sons, Jim (Lynn) and Jason (Colleen); daughter, Amy; grandchildren: Danielle (Ryan), Justine, Andy (Tory), Lexi, Ben, Sam, Megan, Jack, Justin, Michael, Nick, and Kaylin; siblings: James (Ginger), Patricia (Harv) Arvidson, Bruce (Nancy), Dan (Linda), Gary (Mary), Don (Lorri), and David; many nieces and nephews; other loving family and friends. Memorial Service at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7th at Billman~Hunt Funeral Chapel with visitation 3:00-5:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
