Youschak, Gerald S., age 69, of Carnegie, on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. He is survived by his loving significant other, Joyce A. Mizia; Children, Yvonne Hollenbach, Sean Youschak, Brandy Marie Padgelek, Gerald “J.J.” Youschak, Jr. and Ashley Fagnilli; 7 grandchildren; sister, Paricia Ann Stull and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Andrew “Butch” Youschak Friends are invited to call from 6-8pm on Monday at the Leo J. Henney Funeral Home, 323 Second Avenue, Carnegie.

Funeral Service will be held at 8 pm. www.
