Dobyns-Musgrove, 53 of Kincaid, passed away at 9:40a.m. on Monday, February 25, 2019 at St John’s Hospital in Springfield. She was born on January 6, 1966 in Springfield, daughter of Boyce and Mary Jo (Grissom) Dobyns. Gina attended Illinois College in Jacksonville and Lincoln Land Community College.

She previously worked for Illinois Consolidated phone company. Gina loved her two dogs, Daisy and Dakota, and she enjoyed cookouts and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her mother: Mary Jo Dobyns of Taylorville; daughters: Chelsey Stout of Springfield, Jordan Stout of Cape Coral, Florida, and Courtney Musgrove of Taylorville; brother: Joseph Dobyns (Danielle) of Edinburg; and nieces: Joey Lynn Dobyns and Elliot Elizabeth Dobyns.

She was preceded in death by her father. Gina will be cremated, and the family will host a celebration of life at a later date.
