Obituary for Gladys L. Strickland Gladys L. Strickland, age 102, of Lake Panasoffkee, passed away on June 28, 2018 at her home. Gladys was born on March 19, 1916 to James Adam and Penelope (Pierce) Peacock in Geneva County Alabama. Gladys worked as a fruit processer in a fruit packing plant for many years.

Gladys is survived by her daughter Ada and Don Buttelwerth of Cincinnati, Ohio, son James Brock and Tanis Strickland of Largo, Fl, 10 Grandchildren and many Great, Great-Great and Great-Great-Great Grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on July 6, 2108 in the Chapel of Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home in Wildwood at 2:00 PM. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Gladys L.
