Funeral service for Glenn William Blanton, age 78, of Decatur, will be Tuesday, May 28, 2019, 1:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Scotty Hogan officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.

Interment will be in Cullman Heritage Cemetery. Mr. Blanton, who died Saturday, May 25, 2019, at his home, was born October 26, 1940, in Pahokee, FL to J.C. Blanton and Libby Waldron. He was preceded in death by his mother and father.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Davis Blanton; two daughters, Laura Couch (Bill) and Rachel Blanton, both of Madison; and one grandson, Elijah Couch, of Madison. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Guestbook available at www.
