Gloria Jean Sipusic, 67, of Girard, passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018, at her home, with her family by her side. Gloria was born May 12, 1951, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Michael and Julia (Farmentino) Schuster. Gloria had worked in the accounting department for Nannicola, Stambaugh-Thompsons and Phamton Fireworks.

Gloria was a former Girl Scout Leader,and “Mother Of The Year” in the 80’s. She volunteered at the Rescue Mission kitchen, enjoyed baking, sewing, and made many hats and scarfs for children in the Liberty schools. Her greatest enjoy in life was spending quality time with her granddaughter.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, James J. Sipusic, whom she married in 2009, her daughters; Christina (Craig) Smith of Girard and Cheri (Fiancee John Bevilacqua) of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, granddaughter Annabelle Smith, sister; Nancy Banfield of Liberty, brother; Patrick Schuster of Omaha, Nebraska, brother-in-laws; Frank (Marie) Sipusic of Sparks,Nevada, and Michael Sipusic of Pennsylvania. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers; Michael Schuster and George Schuster.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 16th, 11:00 AM, at Trinity Lutheran Church. The family will receive relatives and friends from 4-7PM on Monday at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard. Gloria will be laid to rest at Girard City Cemetery.
