Obituary of Gordon Beers Gordon R. Beers, 76, of Goshen, died Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Gordon was born August 14, 1942 in Middletown, NY, the son of James and Inez (Pittaluga) Beers. He was a lifetime Orange County resident and President of Haas Plumbing & Heating, Salisbury Mills, NY.

Gordon was a beloved husband, dedicated father, devoted grandfather and loved his family above all else. He is survived by his wife, Margaret A. Beers at home; children, Catherine Turner and husband Andrew of Circleville, NY, Timothy Beers and wife Lisa of Walden, NY and Matthew Beers and wife Julia of Circleville, NY; five grandchildren, Hailey, Lauren, Benjamin, Luke and Leianna. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Inez Beers.

Visitation will be Friday, January 11 from 6 to 8 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at St. John The Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Goshen, NY.

In lieu of flowers memorials donations may be made in Gordon’s name to the American Cancer Society www. cancer.org, Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Attn: Honor & Memorial Gifts, P.O.
