Obituary for H. Wayne Mills Howard Wayne Mills, 75, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born September 14, 1942, in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Howard and Pearlie Mae Waddell Mills. Mr. Mills retired from Southeastern Industrial Equipment after 14 years of service.

He was a member of Mill Village Masonic Lodge #360 AFM and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his brothers, Jackie D. Mills of Forest City, NC and Roger F. Mills of Gaffney, SC; and his faithful canine companion, Cody. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Stanley Wayne Mills; brothers, Bobby Lee Mills and Johnny Joe Mills; and sister, Hazel Jean Hammett.

Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 AM Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. A graveside service, with Masonic Rites, will follow at 11:30 AM in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd. , Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by The Rev.

Daniel Godfrey. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Salvation Army, PO Drawer 2909, Spartanburg, SC 29304 online at www. salvationarmyusa.org.
