Obituary for H. William Palm Palm, H. William 87 years, of Kirkwood, MO, entered into rest on April 15, 2018. A retired Manager of Engineering Crane Midwest Fittings formerly Midwest Piping Inc Mr. Palm graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point New York and following graduation served as a Naval Aviator with U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict.

Mr. Palm served as Manager of Engineering from 1959 until his retirement in 1987 when he established his own Manufacturers Representation Consulting Business in Kirkwood. Mr. Palm was active on National Piping Code Committee, a member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Society of Naval Architects & Marine Engineers, Manufacturers Standardization Society of the Valve & Fitting Industry and American Society of Testing Materials. Mr. Palm enjoyed sailing, flying and trapshooting.

He was a member of the Thistle Class Association, American Bonanza Society and was a FAA Certified Instrument Flight Instructor. And a Life Member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association & the Missouri Trapshooting Assoication. He was loving husband of the late Wanda Brenda (nee Whittington) Palm.

He is survived by daughters Michelle (William) Crabbin and Pamela (Paul) Ganninger. And two grandchildren Visitation Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 10301 Big Bend, Kirkwood, MO. Service Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Chapel Hill Mortuary.
