Harold Dean Bonorden July 03, 1938 – February 04, 2019 Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Harold Dean Bonorden, 80, of Hallettsville, passed away Feb. 4, 2019, at his home surrounded by family. He was born on July 3, 1938 to Leonard C. & Marie Davenport Bonorden Sr. in Hallettsville.

He graduated from Hallettsville High School in 1957. On June 3, 1962, he married Mary Magdalene Migl at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Hallettsville. They were blessed with 51 years of marriage.

Harold retired in 1992 from Valero Energy Corporation after 28 years. He and Mary had three daughters, Rhonda Wilson, Renee Bludau (Steve) and Holly Pustejovsky. They enjoyed traveling with family and friends over the years.

Many stories were told to his daughters and grandchildren about his younger days on the Navidad River. Along with tending his cattle, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding around on his John Deere Gator. Gambling in Louisiana and Thursday night poker were his favorite activities in his later years.

Harold is survived by: 3 daughters, Rhonda Wilson, Renee Bludau (Steve) and Holly Pustejovsky; 2 granddaughters, Christa Bludau Spring (Troy) and Katelyn Marie Pustejovsky; 3 grandsons, Keaton, Kole and Kade Pustejovsky; 2 great granddaughters, Kateri and Gemma Spring; brother Bobby Bonorden; and 2 sisters, Dorothy Ehler, and Ellen Denman of Gonzales. Harold was preceded in death by; his wife Mary, parents, brother Leonard C. Bonorden Jr., and grandson Tyler Dean Bludau. Funeral Mass Service: 10 am, Saturday, Feb.

9, 2019, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Visitation: 4 pm, Friday, at Kubena Funeral Home with Rosary starting at 7 pm. Officiant: Msgr.
