Obituary for Harold Dean Mason Harold Dean Mason, 84, of Wellford, SC, died Saturday, September 1, 2018 at his home. Born May 3, 1934 in Beech Springs, SC, he was the son of the late Robert Earl and Juanita Waldrop Mason. Harold was a maintenance supervisor and a member of Loree United Methodist Church and a Member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Janet Rachael Mason; daughter, Lesa Knighton of Startex, SC; sons, Robert Dean Mason (Amy) of Knoxville, TN and Jonathan Turner (Keri) of Lyman, SC; 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; and a sister, Judith Gilmer of Spartanburg, SC. Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Fort Prince Memorial Gardens, 125 Fort Prince Road, Wellford, SC 29385, conducted by The Rev. Ron Towery and The Rev.

Thomas Bailey. Visitation will follow at the graveside. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association, 3535 Pelham Road, Suite 101, Greenville, SC 29615 or online at donatenow.
