Harold G Pregno, 92, of 356 Torringford West Torrington, CT, passed away surrounded by his family Wednesday, November 7th, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. He was the husband of the late Louise Alciata Pregno. Harold was born in Harwinton, CT on July 2, 1926, a of the late Estella (Slate) and William Pregno and served in the U.S. Army in WW II 126th Infantry 32nd Division.

He was employed by the Department of Transportation for the State of Connecticut. He leaves two daughters, Carol Sidelinger and husband Fred of Torrington and their children. Sarah Hardy and husband Jim and Fred “Fritzi” Sidleinger; Barbara Correll and husband Howie and their sons Brian Correll and Todd Correll and wife Alyssa, and great grandchildren Amanda and Tom Hartwell and Aurora and Charles Correll and Rebecca and Melanie Correll.

The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday Nov 10 at Carol and Fred’s home 55 Revere St Torrington from 2-5 PM. wwww.
