Patricia Ann Royer, 69, of Torrington, CT, passed away Saturday, December 22nd, at home. She was the wife of Wayne F. Royer Patricia was born in Southington, CT on July 19, 1949, a daughter of the late Mary (Breene) and Lloyd Parsons. She had been employed by Charter Oak Services as a Caregiver.

She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Jennifer M LePine and husband Justin and two sons, Nicholas J Votino and Lloyd P. Royer. She also leaves grandchildren Justin and Morgan LePine, Brianna and Nicholas Votino, and Ashlynn and Logan Royer.

Also surviving is a nephew Ryan C. Parsons. She was predeceased by her sister Deborah Parsons. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 28th at Phalen Funeral Home in Torrington, with burial following at Hillside Cemetery.

Friends may call prior to the service from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.
