Derek T Chambers, 46, of Harwinton, CTpassed away Tuesday, December 18th, at home Derek was born in Torrington, CT on May 25, 1972, a of Warren Chambers and the late Gail (Baj) Chambers. A graduate of Torrington High he had been employed as a CNC machinist for the Torrington Company He is survived by his father Warren Chambers and wife Pamela of New Hartford, and sister Kim Winzler and husband Mark of Goshen an aunt Sharon Wilson of West Virginia and uncle Alan Chamber of New York as well as several cousins. He also leaves his dog Fletcher and was predeceased by his dog Moon.

Services will be held 7:00 PM on Friday, December 28th at Phalen Funeral Home in Torrington, CT . Friends may call prior to the service from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, December 28th at Phalen Funeral Home in Torrington. www.
