Harold Franks, 81, of Cherokee, AL passed away Monday, March 18, 2019. A memorial visitation will be Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 1-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a celebration of Life service to follow. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ola Mae Franks; nine brothers; eight sisters.

He is survived by his son, Steven Ray Franks; mother of his son, Helen Whittemore; and sister, Nina Lamb; numerous nieces and nephews.
