Funeral service for Harold S. Breeding, 88, will be Friday, March 29, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Daren McNish officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Somerville City Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Mr. Breeding died on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born September 6, 1930, in Morgan County to Michael Lyle Breeding and Gladys Sharp Breeding.

He was a cutoff saw laborer for Wolverine Tube, Inc. for 35 years, prior to this retirement. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and received multiple Bronze Stars for his service. He attended Community South, Church of God in Decatur.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter: Cindy Breeding, two brothers: Theron Breeding and Evon Breeding and a sister: Janice Breeding. Survivors include : his Wife, Mirene Breeding Two Sons: Shawn Breeding (Tonya) and Dwayne Breeding (Tami) Four Grandchildren: Daniel Breeding, Samuel Breeding, Sara Breeding and Elijah Breeding Two Great Grandchildren: Ethan Breeding and Kira Breeding Peck Funeral Home 1600 Hwy 31 SW P.O.
