Harold Wayne Tolliver, Jr. was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma on July 01, 1955 to Harold Wayne Tolliver and Harriett Maynard. He was raised by his stepfather, Harlan Pitts. He met and married Phyllis Diane Moore in 1972 and from this union three children were born.

He was proceeded in death by his mother and brother Joseph “Joe” Pitts. Harold graduated from Southeast High School. He served in the U. S. Army as an Executive Chef.

He was employed and retired from Glencoe Plastics. Harold departed this life on Friday, October 26, 2018 in his home. He leaves to mourn: his wife Phyllis Tolliver; four children Darrell Moore, Terri Moore, Harold Moore and Jermaine Tolliver of Kansas City, MO; one sister LaTanya Lipprand (Kelly Lipprand); four brothers Terry Brown, Joe Pitts, Harlan Pitts (Charisse Pitts) and Major Pitts of Kansas City, MO.

He also leaves to mourn nine grandchildren Haley, Bandon, DeShawn, Contessa, Jade’, Ramiah, Jada, Jai and Ryleigh.
