Harriet “Polly” Kaye age 74, of Conway, died Thursday, September 27, 2018 in Allegheny General Hospital. She was born November 6, 1943 in Pittsburgh, to the late Stephen and Georgetta Calvert Perry. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was her husband, Ben Kaye on March 16, 2006.

Surviving are a son, Scott (Kristen) Kaye of North Fayette, a daughter, Francie (Brian) Sukitch of Moon Twp. , grandchildren, Emelyn, Addyson, Brennan and Camryn Kaye, Joshua and Luke Euston, William and Kenneth Sukitch, sister, Georgetta Kotula of Pittsburgh, and a brother, Stephen (Joyce) Perry of Conway, SC. Friends will be received Sunday from 1-5 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge where a funeral service will be conducted on Monday at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
