Harriet R. Wagner, age 81 of Le Sueur, died Tuesday, May 14, 2019 after a several month long battle with ALS. She passed away peacefully at the Regency Hospital in Golden Valley with her loving family by her side. Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, May 19 at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur, and one hour prior to service time.

Funeral will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 20 at Zion U.C.C. in Le Sueur with Rev. Kent Meyer officiating. Interment will be in Mound Cemetery, Le Sueur.

Harriet was born on July 24, 1937 to John and Rose (Vojta) Dvoracek in New Prague, MN. She graduated from New Prague High School in 1955. She started working for Clayton Nelson Law Firm as a secretary on September 10, 1955, and continued working there until she retired in January of 2019 which is now known as Wornson Goggins Law Firm.

She married Lyle Fred Wagner on June 14, 1956 in New Prague. Harriet volunteered her time as a 4H leader for 8 years, and 6 years at Zion U.C.C. in Le Sueur as their Secretary of Stewardship. She was a dog lover; and enjoyed traveling, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Lyle; sons, Dale (Dawn) Wagner of Owatonna, and Darryl Wagner of Le Sueur; grandchildren, Tim Wagner, Rose Wagner, Kap Peltier, Kevin (Greta) Peltier, Kayla (Dave) Schnurrer, and Kristle (fiancé, Trevor Rono) Peltier; sisters, Dorothy Korff of Mankato, and Sandi Kadlec-Hardin of Matthews, NC; brother-in-law, Harold (Shirley) Wagner of Le Sueur; sisters-in-law, Kathryn Swecker of Le Sueur, and Carol Wagner of Belle Plaine; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Adeline Dvoracek; and brother-in-law, Alvin Wagner.
