Obituary for Harry Charles Gibson Jr Harry C Gibson Jr passed away on July 27th, 2018 in his home. He was borne in Des Moines Iowa to Harry C Gibson Sr and Gladys Opal Gibson and was husband to Dane Delight Gibson for just over 40 years. They share their love for their sheltie Shannon Delight of three years.

Harry attended high school in Grants Pass, Oregon and attended Lynfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. He retired as the supply division director for the Boy Scouts of America after 35 years of service. He is survived by his children (in order of birth) Denice, Diane and Daniel.

He is preceeded in death by his first born son dale Gibson. Harry is also survived by his grandchildren (alphabetical order): Adrian, Dylan, Jeffrey, Kris and Whitney. Memorial service will be held Wednesday August 8th, 2018 at Living Savior Lutheran Church at 11am.

The family will receive friends fro 10am – 11am at the church. Light refreshments will be served. Memorial contributions may be sent to Living Savior Lutheran Church , 6817 Carmel Road, Charlotte, NC 28226 or Hospice and Palliative Care, Charlotte Region, 7854 Little Avenue Charlotte, NC 28226.
