HARRY JAMES SMITH Harry Smith, 78, of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, died January 18, 2019 from complications due to a stroke. He was born March 25, 1940 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania one of three children of Harry Halbert Smith and Mary Ann (Long) Smith. He was a retired Foreman who worked 36 years for US Steel at the Irvin Works in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.

Harry served in the U. S. Air Force during the early 1960’s and into the Vietnam era, being Honorably discharged as a Sergeant. He loved to play golf. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife, Doris M. Smith of Jefferson Hills and his step-daughter, Shannon S. Willard.
