ANN HORNYAK Ann Hornyak, age 91, of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019. She was born on January 14, 1928 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania one of two children of John and Anna (Kolibas) Hudak. Ann was a member of Lebanon Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Hornyak in 2016 and her brother, John Hudak. Ann is survived by four children, daughter, Georgia Ann and three sons, Robert (Connie) Hornyak of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, Thomas (Audrey) Hornyak of York, Pennsylvania and William (Lori) Hornyak of Hermitage, Tennessee; eight grandchildren, Ryan (Julie), Tracey, Robert (Jessica), Sean, Jeremy (Rachelle), Jason (Megan), Zachary (Courtney) and Brooke and eight great grandchildren, David, Mykaela, Xavier, Matthew, Zoe, Mila, Madison and Nolan.
