Pikeville- Helen Dale Winders Lancaster, 83, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.

The family will receive friends Monday, July 23, 2018 from 6 until 7:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Mrs. Lancaster was born in Wilson County on January 26, 1935 to the late Benjamin and Mertie Minchew Winders. She is survived by her husband, Lee G.
