Helen’s Obituary Helen Gertrude Simeral 91, of Sheridan died December 31, 2018 in McMinnville. Helen was born October 31, 1927, in Silverton, Oregon to Albert and Tillie (Baurer) Martin. Following graduation from Silverton High School Helen worked as a waitress at the Town House Restaurant in Silverton and at the Lake Lodge in Detroit, Oregon.

Her enjoyments included fishing and hunting as well as camping at Elk Lake. Helen is survived by a daughter Louise (Roger) Livingston of Pacific City, Gordon Simeral of Lapine and Debbie Simeral, as well as 9 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband Wayne in 1968 and her son Ted in 2004.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at 2:30 P.M. at Unger Funeral Chapel in Silverton with reception following. Private interment will follow at Miller Cemetery, Silverton.
