Helen L. (Melito) Zammuto August 04, 1929 – December 26, 2018 Share this obituary Local Florists Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Helen L. (Melito) Zammuto, 89 of Derry, NH, died peacefully at her home on Dec. 26, 2018, with her loving family by her side. Helen was born in Boston, MA, Aug.

4, 1929 to Vito and Palmina (Rosetta) Melito. She grew up and was educated in East Boston, MA. She was a resident of Derry for the past 21 years, formerly of Stratton, ME.

Helen retired from Wang Labs as a supervisor. After her retirement, Helen worked at TJ Maxx in Londonderry for many years. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Derry.

She enjoyed traveling and shopping, but most of all Helen’s family meant the world to her and she loved being with them. Besides her parents, Helen was predeceased by her beloved husband Ralph Zammuto, and her siblings: Dominic, Mike, Richard, and Vito Melito, Marie O’Rourke, and Phyllis Couch. She is survived by her loving daughters: Lola and her husband Todd Wallace of Derry, NH and Donna and her husband Steve Cullinane of Derry, NH Grandchildren: Helen & her husband Mark Hagenau, Tucker Wallace, Amanda and her husband Steven Watkins, and Ashley and her husband Evan Morgan.

Great Grandchildren: Beckett, Mackayla, Liam, & Avery Sister: Carol Melito of Revere, MA Many Nieces and Nephews A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, Dec. 31st at 10 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Derry, NH. Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden, MA.

Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours on Sunday, Dec. 30th from 2-6 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Rd, Windham, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
