Helen Elizabeth Roach Shook went home to be with the Lord 09/25/18. Helen was a native of Jackson County. She was born in Beaver, Ohio August 5, 1917 to Albert and Agnes Roach.

She was a 1935 graduate of Oak Hill High School. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Theodore R. Shook, five brothers, four sisters and a great granddaughter, Bethany Elizabeth McShane. She is survived by daughters, Karen (Len) McIntyre of Bigelow, Arkansas and Shelby (Bill) Evans of Wilmington, Ohio.

She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio. Friends may call at Memorial Baptist Church, 2435 Eakin Road, Columbus, OH 43204, Monday, October 1, 2018 from 10-11 AM where funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Pastor Tom Wright officiating.

Interment Sunset Cemetery. Arrangements completed at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St. The family suggests donations to Community Care Hospice, 1669 Rombach Ave.
