Helen Joyce Alleman, 83, of Groves, Texas passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas. Helen was born February 23, 1935 in Rayne, Louisiana to Francis Terro and Eva Bordes Terro. She was a resident of Groves for 67 years and a member of the Catholic faith.

Helen retired from Port Neches-Groves ISD Cafeteria with 25 years of service. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend J.C. Coon officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.

Helen was preceded in death by 1 sister and 3 brothers. Surviving relatives include her husband of 67 years, Dercy Alleman of Groves, Texas; daughter, Linda Cormier and husband Mark of Port Acres, Texas; son, Daniel Alleman and spouse Joseph Caillier of Port Arthur, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Jared Cormier, Lauren Selzer, Brittney Contreras, and Chelsie Caillier; and great-grandsons, Landon Selzer and J.T. Contreras.
