Helga Brennan September 22, 1945-March 16, 2019 Helga Brennan, 73, of La Porte, IN, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at La Porte Hospital. She was born September 22, 1945 in Frankfurt, Germany, the daughter of Philip Seibel and Franziska (Ernestine) Seibel. In her spare time, Helga enjoyed fishing and traveling.

She loved spending time with her family and most of all she loved her grandchildren and watching them grow up. She is survived by her daughter, Christine (Elvis Hootman) Mrozinski of La Porte, IN; son, James Mrozinski of La Porte, IN; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Mrozinski of La Porte, IN; three grandchildren, Kasandra (Jack) Cadman of La Porte, IN, Tyler (Brittany) Mrozinski of La Porte, IN, Brittany (Thomas Moses) Epley of Nashville, TN; and one brother of Germany. Helga was preceded in death by both her parents, and two sons, Philip and Jerry Mrozinski.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave. , La Porte, IN. Services will be held at a later date.
