Ned T.Lathrop April 10, 1937-March 13, 2019 Ned Lathrop, 81, of La Porte, IN, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Millers Merry Manor in New Carlisle, IN. He was born April 10, 1937 in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the son of William Lathrop and Rose (Oldenburg) Lathrop. In his spare time, Ned enjoyed golfing, attending grey hound races, and most of all watching the Cubs play.

In La Porte, Indiana, he married Agripina (Sandoval) Lathrop who preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Jay Lathrop of Fish Lake, IN; two step-daughters, Lucy (Joseph) Abene of Walkerton, IN, Sara (Harry) Cain of Michigan City, IN; two step-sons, James (Christine) Pacheco of Chicago, IL, Anthony Pacheco of Chicago, IL; four other biological children; two other step-children; several grandchildren, and nine siblings. Ned was preceded in death by both his parents and one brother.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave. , La Porte, IN. A life celebration will be held at Pine Lake Cemetery, Friday March 22, 2019 at 11:00 am with Rev.
