In his retirement he moved to Cuyahoga Falls to the “Condo,” where “Pappa” would stay in touch with his grandchildren as well as chronicle family history in Texas.
Grady had the knack to talk to anyone, to make a quip, and to get a laugh. Never forgetting his roots in the Lone Star State, he always loved to find the best Tex-Mex or BBQ in Ohio. He was an avid golfer and accomplished snow skier.
