Interment: Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC, Thursday, July 12, 2018. Mr. Hamilton is survived by his wife Mrs. Geraldine Rouse Hamilton, his children; Mrs. Karen Mills (Rodney), Ms. Renee Battle Scott, and Mr. Alonzo Hamilton (Jenise), 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, brothers; Mr. John LaBoard (Marsha), Mr. Nathaniel Hamilton (Diane), Ms. Patricia Miller, Mrs. Emely Macon (Gondell) and Mr. Anthony Smith, adopted sister, Ms. Martha Doctor, mother-in-law; Mrs. Edna Rouse Bobo, brothers and sisters in law; Mr. William Bobo (Lottie), Mr. Nelson Bobo (Gwendolyn), Mr. James Bobo (Lathia), Mrs. Pernia Mitchell (Edward), Mr. Anthony Bobo, Mr. Bruce Bobo (Nicole), Mrs. Rhonda Roach (Kenneth), Mr. LaVaughn Bobo (Lucretia), Mr. Lamar Bobo, Ms. Rosalynn Bobo March, Ms. Carla McCray and Mr. Kevin Bobo (Latonya), Ms. Edna Glover, Mr. Joseph Glover (Debra) and Mrs. Rosalynn Cromedy (Isaac), Mrs. Susan Bobo, the late Mr. Vincent Bobo, Mr. Darrell Bobo and Mr. James Abraham, aunts; Mrs. Margaret Hamilton and Mrs. Mary Ann Richardson, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. Viewing for Mr. Hamilton will be on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at The William M. Smith Memorial Chapel, 2 Radcliffe St., Charleston, SC 29403 from 3:30 until 7:00 PM.
There will be no family hour. Mr. Hamilton, Jr. was 73 years old. He was in the US Army and a former employee of Detyen Shipyard and the SC Coastal Center.
