Obituary of Herman Clark, Jr. DOVER-FOXCROFT — Herman N. “Nick” Clark Jr., 64, passed away on the evening of October 5, 2018, at his lifelong home on West Maple Street, now known as Deer View Lane. Nick was born April 14, 1954, the oldest of Herman N. Clark Sr. and Patricia Ann (Cleland) Clark’s five children. A 1973 graduate of Foxcroft Academy, Nick coped with mental illness with quiet dignity throughout his adult life.

He enjoyed reading, listening to music, his late-afternoon rides around Piscataquis County and hanging out with his siblings. Nick was predeceased by his parents and his brother Dennis, who passed away in 2012. He is survived by brothers Ernest and Kenneth and sister Carol, all of Dover-Foxcroft, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in the family lot in Rural Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence may be expressed at www.
