Obituary of Hermine Brundage Hermine A. Brundage of Port Jervis, NY and a lifetime resident of the area died Friday, January 25, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Place, Port Jervis. She was 85. She was born February 28, 1933 in Matamoras, PA the daughter of the late Frank W. Rowe and the late Anna C. Meyer Rowe.

She was a member of: ILGWU, International Ladies Garment Workers Union and worked as a seamstress for Andmore Sportswear as well as Barbara Quilting and Little Tots. When working for Andmore’s for years it was said that she could run the spaghetti machine better than anyone. Hermie, as many called her, was a hard worker who would do anything for anybody with nothing but a smile.

Our mother was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. Mom was a kind, caring, loving and giving person who’s deep faith allowed her to find good in everyone. She had a love for animals, nature, arts and crafts, swimming, picnics or just sitting and chatting with family and friends.

She cherished her family, adores her grandchildren and loved her dog and two cats, who never left her side. Her warm smile and gentle ways will be missed by all who knew her. Surviving are: Daughter: Karen Roa & her husband Rich of Milford, PA 3 sons: Brent Brundage, Jeffry Brundage and Karl Brundage of Port Jervis, NY Granddaughter: Skylar Marie Brundage of Myrtle Beach, SC Granddaughter: Paige Spradling of Pond Eddy, NY Daughter-in-law: Teresa Spradling of Pond Eddy, NY Also several Nieces and nephews 2 predeceased brothers: Frank Rowe and Kenneth Rowe Predeceased Sister-in-law: Doris Rowe Hermine was formerly married to the late: Robert E. Brundage Friends may call at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc. 100 East Main Street Port Jervis on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 11:00 am – 1:00pm.

Funeral services will be held at Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 1:00 PM from Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 100 East Main Street, Port Jervis. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Matamoras, PA.
