Hollis Junior ton, age 80 of Robbins, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 at his home with his loving family by his side. Born in Scott County, Tennessee on May 13, 1938, he was the son of the late Willard and Sarah Harness ton. He was of the Baptist faith and served as a deacon at Solid Rock Baptist Church.

He was a United States Army Veteran. Hollis moved to Ohio in 1968 and retired from Ford Motor Company in Lorain, Ohio in 1998. Upon his retirement he moved back to Robbins, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda; siblings, Talmon, Rosie Marlow; nephews, Dwayne ton and Donnie Marlow. Hollis is survived by his wife of 54 years Ellen ton; siblings, Ken, Beulah Huffman, Bobby ton, Cynda Jeffers (James); Sons, Hollis Lynn, Joe (Jami), Sherman; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He leaves many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the ton family on Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Randall Duncan officiating. Music will be provided by Randall and Chad Duncan and Christal Boyatt.

Burial will follow in the Black Creek Crossroads Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers: Jeremiah ton, Joseph ton, Jr., Sherman ton, Jr., Trevor ton, Tommy ton, Hollis Lynn ton, Jr. Honorary pallbearers: David and Jason ton. You may sign Hollis’ online guestbook at www.
