Liles, 89 of Imboden, died Tuesday January 1, 2019 at Walnut Ridge Nursing and Rehab. He was born January 17, 1929 in Arkansas to Sam Liles & Hazel Huffman Liles. He was a loving husband and father.

He retired from General Motors and went on to found the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Hoxie. He served as pastor for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jessie Hare Liles; sisters, Lena McElyea, Effie Bruce, & Alma Duncan; and brothers, Harley Liles, Jay Liles and David Liles.

He is survived by daughters, Rita Bond of Cherokee Village, Vicki (Darrell) Walker of Imboden, & Ruth (Glenn) Johns of Imboden; son, Steve (Karen) Liles of Festus, MO; brothers, Ernie (Mary) Liles of Walnut Ridge, & Sam Liles of Hoxie; 9 grandchildren, Robert Ford, Reena Triska, Jim Ford, Kenny Rennick, Jeffrey Liles, Karri Pinkston, Kevin Liles, Tonya Hale, & Brent Walker; 22 great grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday January 4, 2019 at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge from 6:00PM-8:00PM. Funeral services begin at 1:00PM Saturday January 5, 2019 at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge with Dan Murphy and Harlan McCall officiating.

Burial will be in Laredo Cemetery under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, AR.
