Obituary for Hugh Aaron Cromer Hugh Aaron Cromer, 66 of Cartersville passed away on January 16, 2019 following a long battle with cancer. Born in Centre, Alabama on January 12, 1953 he was the son of the late A.C. Cromer, Jr. and the late Gladys Bright Cromer. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Cromer, Byron Cromer, and Hott Cromer; his sister, Martha Cromer; his grandson, Hugh Aaron Cromer III; his granddaughter, Christian Cromer; and half brothers, William Keever, and Billy Keever.

Hugh was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing the guitar and spending time with his friends. Hugh is survived by his loving wife, Deborah McEver Cromer; his sister, Sally Angle of Centre, Alabama; his children, Hugh Aaron Cromer, Jr., Jennifer Boiles (Eric), Teresa Anne Rector, and Jimmie Rector (mother Patricia Cromer Baker), Joshua A. Vandyke Cromer, and Joseph P. Cromer (mother Shelia Vandyke); he was also blessed with fifteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
