OBITUARY William Francis Fessenden January 9, 1946 – January 2, 2019 Mr. William “Bill” F. Fessenden, 72, of Cartersville, GA passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 02, 2019. Bill was born to the late Mr. Clifford Fessenden and Mrs. Bertha Alice Gates Fessenden in Oklahoma City, Ok on January 9, 1946. Bill served his country in the U.S. Navy as a Navy Seal.

He was a Vietnam Veteran. Bill will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Bill is survived by his daughters; Alicia Villegas, Goldie Van Gulden, Dorothy Perez and Heather Fessenden and ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren also survive to cherish Bill’s memory.

A graveside service will military honors will be conducted at a later date at the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA. Please visit www. owenfunerals.com to leave online condolences for the family.
