OBITUARY Ida Mae Horton April 3, 1917 – September 26, 2018 Ida Mae Horton, age 101, of Marvel, Alabama, joined her husband, W. F. Horton, in Eternal Glory on September 26, 2018. She enjoyed quilting, needlepoint, gardening, cooking and reading. She was preceded in death by her husband of 77 years, W. F. Horton; and 2 brothers.

Left to treasure her memory are her son, Leo K. Horton (Christine); grandchildren, Kathy Hall, Kenneth Horton (Judy) and Rickey Horton (Lisa); 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; sister, Yvonne Parsons. Her funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo). The family will receive guests immediately following at the Forbes House at 820 Vine Street, Montevallo.

She will be laid to rest at Macedonia Cemetery in Pea Ridge. The family request any memorial contributions be directed to Living River at www. livingriver.org.
