Obituary for Inis Mullins Inis Mullins, age 88, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Heritage Hall in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. She was born in Letcher County, Kentucky and resided in Dickenson County since 1957. She was a member of Pound River Church of the Brethern and attended Mountain View Nondenominational Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Lona Adams and her brother, Arlie Adams. Survivors Include: One Son: John Mullins and his wife, Melissa of Fort Campbell, Kentucky One Brother: Linville Adams and his wife, Joyce of Isom, Kentucky Grandchildren: Alyssa Mullins, John T. Mullins, Talathia Mazy Franks of Pleasant Hill, Missouri Numerous nieces and nephews The family will receive friends Friday, December 14, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 7:00 p.m. Tim Mullins will officiate. Family and friends are asked to meet at Mullins Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 for procession to the Mullins Family Cemetery, Tarpon Section, Clintwood, Virginia where a graveside service will be conducted.

Burial will follow. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Mack Mullins, John T. Mullins, Gary Rose, and Linville Adams.
