Obituary for Irene E Kurz Print Funeral services for Irene E. (nee Peter) Kurz, 91, of Willowick, will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 11900 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland. Mrs. Kurz passed away Feb. 5, 2019, at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights.

She was born May 28, 1927, in Lithuania. Irene was the loving mother of Siegfried Kurz and Melitta Syperko; cherished grandmother of Michael Syperko and Ian Kurz; and great-grandmother of Skyler Julian. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Karl Kurz.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township. Arrangements are entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
