J.C. Keeter Spartanburg,SC: JC Keeter, 90, passed away Saturday April 21, 2018. Mr. Keeter was the husband of the late Alice Keeter. He was the son of the late Frank Charles and Bertie Cole Keeter.

Mr. Keeter was a veteran of WWII serving in the US Army. He retired as a milwright from Clarkson Brothers. He was a loving husband, father and papa who took pride in his family.

He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Keeter is survived by three sons Paul Keeter and wife Deborah of Chesnee, Jerry Keeter and wife Shelia of Cowpens, Robert Keeter and wife Paula of Cowpens; two daughters June Jones and husband Walter of Spartanburg and Linda Porycki and husband Richard of Tega-cay; 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; three sisters Catherine (Tootsie) Upton of Spartanburg, Norma Phillips of Spartanburg and Diane Sullivan and husband Robert of Spartanburg. He was predeceased by two sisters Helen Becknell and Doris Thomas.

Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 pm Tuesday April 24, 2018 at Bobo Funeral Chapel followed by funeral services at 2:00 pm, officiated by Rev. Keith Phillips. Interment will follow in Daniel Morgan Memorial Gardens.
